Patient Testimonials

Hi,

Please let Jack know I am very pleased with the outcome of all his work on me.

I also want to thank all the ladies who had to put up with me, those who worked on me and those at the front desk.  You all made me feel comfortable and at ease.  Jack has a very good staff.

Thank You All,

Lenard  W.

Dr. Goris and staff,

I would like to express my appreciation for your professionalism and care that I received while undergoing the dental implant process.

You explained every detail of my treatment and took the time to make sure I understood everything.  I can’t thank you enough.

I love my new smile, and the foods I now can eat I wasn’t able to before.

I would highly recommend you to anyone interested in having implant surgery or for that matter any type of dental work.

As I look back over years of dental care with Dr. Jack Goris, I realized that it has always been a good experience.  Dr. Goris and his staff are very pleasant people and the office atmosphere is friendly.  Perhaps best of all, the twice yearly cleaning, the crowns and four root canals have been pain and discomfort free.  There has never been pain or problems during or after any procedure.  This doctor and his staff are experienced professionals.

Dear Dr. Goris and Staff,

I would like to thank you deep appreciation for what you have done for me.  Thank you for your time and patience.  Your generosity was amazing.  My teeth and jaw feel amazing.  I will continue to come and be a patient.

Thank You and God Bless!

Thanks to early childhood orthodontia, beautiful smiles are the first thing people notice when they meet my six children.  By the time each of the children were ready for the first grade, Dr. Goris had identified several problems and developed a treatment plan.  Genetics had not been kind to my children; they inherited small mouths, high palettes, and irregular alignments.  Even to my untrained eye, it was clear from routine x-rays that each child’s permanent teeth were set to descend in a jumble!

The premise behind early childhood orthodontia makes good sense: work with a child’s mouth while it is still forming so that all the permanent teeth have room to descend in the correct position.  Sound teeth and a lovely smile add immeasurable to a child’s self-confidence and secure a lifetime of positive first impressions.  It’s the best money we ever spent!

Goris Family Dentistry has an amazing support staff.  The back office submits all our insurance claims and works overtime to make sure there are no unpleasant financial surprises at the end of the month. The appointment desk accommodates my busy schedule and is flexible when I have a last minute request.  After twenty-five years and counting, I can say that routine dental care at Goris Family Dentistry is anything but – it’s a remarkable commitment to personalized care for each and every patient.

I had always hated my smile.

My teeth were small, which gave me a “gummy” smile, and I’d lost a tooth at a very young age which had caused my top teeth to shift, leaving a noticeable gap.  My bottom teeth were crowded and crooked.  Throw in a few chips here and there and, not much to smile about!

I started going to Dr. Goris when we moved to Logansport several years ago, and one day we started talking about my crooked teeth.  Could he really do something about my teeth?  At my age? (I’d just turned 50!)  I started doing my own research online and found that many people my age and older were getting braces, some for the second time who’d had braces as teenagers.  My teeth were strong, just not attractive, and I planned to have them for many years.  I talked to my husband and we decided to go for it!

Dr. Goris came up with a plan tailored for my unique set of problems, which included braces, an implant and reshaping my gumline.

We met, and Dr. Goris explained everything to me.  I was given several payment options and chose the one that was right for me.  It was so affordable, I had no idea!  My dental insurance even covered a few things along the way.  I work full-time as a Registered Nurse and Dr. Goris’s staff worked around my busy schedule.

We got started on my journey to a beautiful smile and then……….I get diagnosed with cancer!  Dr. Goris and his wonderful staff were so supportive.

I went through surgery and a long postoperative recovery.  When I was ready, we started again.

My teeth have presented some unique problems along the way, mostly due to their size and “stubbornness”.  Dr. Goris had access to everything needed for my “special” needs, and not one tooth was pulled to make room for the others.  This was very important to me.  He always explained everything to me and took my opinions into consideration.

What can I say about the staff at Dr. Goris’s office?  You will never meet a more kind, talented and professional group.  They have literally cheered me on through this whole process, even gathering around me as I’ve looked in the mirror to see the results at different milestones!

I smile all the time now!  For the first time in my life, I have people tell me what a beautiful smile I have!  I remember the first time I saw a picture of myself after my braces came off; we were at the zoo with our grandchildren and I was smiling…..I almost didn’t recognize myself!  I look better, I look younger, I look healthier.  This has really been life-changing for me, both personally and professionally.  I can’t believe I thought I was “too old” or too busy or that it was too expensive to do something about my smile. (If you’re reading this, you’re thinking about it!  Do it!)

I’m so glad I was lucky enough to find Dr. Goris and his wonderful staff when we moved to Logansport.
